Doom is awesome, if a person likes shooters, it’s a game someone should definitely try
anyways, all i thought to “add” to this, was maybe to remind people there might still be hope for a decent, proper, shooter experience, in case your laptops or “rigs” can’t run doom -there is always doom
That is a great deal, sadly it would go directly into my “need a new PC to run” category in my library. Darn old potato computer just can’t handle the newer games

As for DOOM, there’s a little backtracking at times, but the game is soooooooooo well optimised, with my previous i7-860 & RX480 it ran at 110-170fps (1080p) 
It’s got great music, great run & gun stuff & loads of weapons.
Oh, also, the pvp stuff got included in the main game for free a while back.
Deservingly won the best FPS and best soundtrack of 2016 in gaming … ID software and Mick Gordon did amazing job - revived the old school shooter

I’m near the end of DS 3 ATM the surge is currently on sale with it’s DLC for 20 pounds but I’m a bit poor, I’m just waiting for us to get a bit more money in the house.
