Didn't recieve game key (SOLVED)

Hey there, so I bought PC building simulator from chrono.gg earlier today and got an email saying that there was an issue regarding my purchase. My request ID is f3ac341e-8827-407d-8639-13cb2b68c5ed . I emailed “help@chrono.gg” twice and still haven’t heard from them.

However, the game shows up in “My orders” but for some reason the key doesn’t. I’ve attached a screenshot so you know what I mean.

This game has infinite replay ability if you build a PC in the game that’s capable of running PC Building Simulator and run it.
