Today I bought XCOM 2, in the Memorial for TB, but nevr got the key, I have already talked to my bank, and I have the charge done on my card.
PLease help.

Have you checked your orders page on Chrono? Perhaps your email didn’t arrive, but the order could still be listed there, including the key.
