At first, I wouldn’t like roaches were crawling over me. But I guess I can get used to it. But this guy also doesn’t have a mask. I don’t think I can get used to the smell.
That was NOT a normal bike O_o. Who gave that engineer a workshop. >.>
Also, Geralt is being a jerk again. Unexpected plot twist.
Just watched the movie last Thursday, and it was a great experience!
It was worth going to watch this over Thor: Love and Thunder.
Below it’s his last show live, which’s more meaningful after you watch the movie:
Man, with all due respect to the late Elvis, this is not a good look. I’ve only seen a sample of it, but this Elvis looks like he’s struggling to get through his performance. I don’t want to have it all down to his appearance, but it certainly does not help with his prescription abuse at the time.
Yeah, which’s why I said it has more impact after you watch the movie since they talk about how he was working like a machine almost non-stop and one of his last shows where he could barely stand up and had to have someone hold the microphone for him. Whenever something happened to him that medic drugged him so he could be on stage singing, not to mention his meds abuse outside it.
The movie gives the impression on how Elvis was exploited and used until his death by the Colonel, who says that what really killed Elvis was the love he felt by his fans.
The movie may not be 100% accurate but it shows the ascension and decline of Elvis in 2 hours and 30 minutes of some really great acting.
I got to see Elvis for my birthday back in the 70’s. He was totally awesome. And yes, I took spare underwear…LOL
This is sadly the case for so many musicians, K-pop idols for instance, they too are worked constantly, forced to diet excessively, etc. Same goes for a lot of athletes with their ambitious and not too moral coaches.
Never followed Elvis’ story, but people did make it seem like he simply grew fatter and lazy. Nothing is ever as black and white as that, is it?
Makes sense
Ours is free but we got high taxes so it balances out. however, right now, our healthcare is crappy. I hadn’t seen my doc in over 3 years until last week.
I know cats are crazy, but… Well, if I could bring home a dragon, I probably would.
