Cloud someone from staff help ?

When I tried to buy Circa Infinity from the coin store it said ( Hey, you just tried this, and I know it’s crazy, but something broke, so contact us maybe? ) so I sent a email to your email. When I got the answer it said that my account is a duplicate account and because it’s just a misunderstanding I sent a replay saying that I made that account by mistake and that I don’t use it, I asked if he cloud check last time that account was used to prove my words. I haven’t received a reply ( I sent it recently but since last time I got the reply so soon I think it might not have worked ) so I’m here. So cloud someone from staff check it out ?
