Anyone tried emailing their support before and roughly how long does it takes for help@chrono.gg to reply? I have a key that was duplicated when I tried to activate it… Been waiting for days but yet I have gotten no reply about it…
They are usually fast with this stuff, but it seems they have a bit of a backlog this time around. Maybe @lonin or @frst can look into it from here. They’ll probably get in touch with you sometime today.

Even though they may take a while, you can rest assured that they will get back to you. I assume that other things may have come up to hinder their responses, or perhaps there have been more than usual.
Please keep in mind that they are a fairly small team, thus the potential for delay, but they take what they do very seriously. And of course as @harith has already pointed out, if asked here on the forums, they will at least pop in and give a quick update.
