Interesting to see that GOG is sending out so many copies of this game for free recently.
They actually just finished a campaign of free CofM to eligible participants for their client beta test in China.

I’m going to completely skip the rant about Visa’s lackluster practices, among other sketchy things Visa has done in the past; it’s not relevant, but what is, is that this is to me, a paywall made of punji spikes.

Just a heads up, you don’t receive the key immediately. Going by the T&Cs of this promotion, the key is given within 14 days.
