Hi, does someone know if having some accounts (3 as an example) is banneable for the game vault to claim different games?

I don’t know. Anything is possible, so maybe, if coming from the same PC (IP address), and/or if you are using a VPN?

@Alexia I believe this falls on “multi-account” territory, especially if all of them use the same IP.

@Alexia Yeah, you should. Lots of people got banned back then at the humble beginnings of the Game Vault after a “ban wave” done by AWA to fight against bots, resellers and multi-account abusers.

…and it looks like the Game Vault has been having issues, again!
This time it looks like both the Fanatical redeem keys and Steam keys provided were not global. Their Discord Server is on fire now.

Sucks… If you are allowed to keep your key I would love to have it! I got INCISION, but was going back and forth between the two on the decision.

@agusnavarro Well, the issues are coming mostly from the “big” games: Death Stranding, KCD 2, Dead Island 2 and Metal Eden, so I think it’s safe to use your Fanatical key.
And we’re still waiting for an answer from AWA.

Oh, my bad I misread! I thought your Supplice key was giving you issues, but clearly you got it on your account haha.

Supplice was still in stock today and I was able to redeem it even though I had already redeemed INCISION on Game Vault’s opening day. Lucky me!
