I don’t know. Anything is possible, so maybe, if coming from the same PC (IP address), and/or if you are using a VPN?

@Alexia I believe this falls on “multi-account” territory, especially if all of them use the same IP.

@Alexia Yeah, you should. Lots of people got banned back then at the humble beginnings of the Game Vault after a “ban wave” done by AWA to fight against bots, resellers and multi-account abusers.

Not only you was banned without reason. Its happened to me today too!. Looks like a massive ban i think.
I will check tomorrow if they fix it. They do the same thing in the past…
That explains it. Well, there’s nothing much to do about it, then. Just goes to show how little Alienware cares about the site, and in special to improve their Game Vault giveaway so everyone has an equal chance to get keys.
And this is why I always check the “keep me logged” option.

Took me 365 days to rise up to solar with 9000 arp never used and got banned without reason. His service realy is a trash. Even don’t say nothing why i get suspended!

Oh, so this explains why you got banned: they’re cracking down on multi-account abusers (which’s not your case, of course) who abuse the system to get a bunch of keys to resell, not to mention the bots.
Well, this makes me get a bit of respect for them. Only a bit. Now, if only they had better ways to get keys from the Vault, I’d respect them much more.
