let me just raise this topic so that people do share some recipes
i am very interested
i don’t do “recipes” , it’s like a cheat-sheet
American pancakes, chocolate chip cookies, guacamole, feijoada and many others are things I frequently do, but I don’t use receipes for.
The last time I had to use a receipe was a couple of years ago for a Funghi Risotto. Something like this:
I have the cookbook in question but I found a post with it.
The noodles - if don’t like shrimps, replace with diced chicken breasts dipped in flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs & then deep-fried. Or, if you can’t be bothered, just fry as you’d do with shrimps, but it will turnout a bit tasteless, so experiment with spices.
Carrot cake - if even mother-in-law asks you for the recipe of your cake, then it’s a success. Now it’s my go-to desert for the guests.
Tzatziki Sauce & Flatbread - I never finish my Greek yogurt as it’s sold in big package, so I just use it to make Tzatziki Sauce & Flatbread.
