It went down a minute or two ago. I wonder if time is still being counted or if I’ll have to restart once they get back up.

I really wish you could close the chat part of steam streams.

Stuff just dropped into my inventory, and without the use of a single exclamation point in chat. So I guess buffer time counted.

Try putting this in your browser’s javascript console (usually available with “F12” key) on the stream page : document.querySelector(‘div[class=“broadcast_embeddable_detail_chat_ctn_IaFns”]’).remove()

Were I using a browser I could just block it easily with the plugins I already have. The feature is needed rather in the steam client.

Fullscreen will get rid of chat if you’re just watching and not doing side stuff, but I get what you mean, on twitch when the chat is roughly over 50 active chat users I hide it because it’s pointless with all the spam.

Picture-in-picture player is also borked for me :smile:

Just got it in my inventory after “watching” the stream for 10 minutes, because it’s stuck in the loading screen, like almost every single stream I try to watch on Steam. The only one that didn’t got stuck was one from Gunfire Reborn.

Watched for a while on browser, just switching over to client now, found out that likely the drops will only happen on the client.

Yeah, you will need to go to the steam client window, and open up the developer stream for 10 minutes, and the drops will be in your inventory. I tried browser first, didn’t work.
