Just trying to excavate an old shrine to some old swamp god when curious locals starts showing up.

They can be seduced to look the other way? Well good thing I have a team highly skilled in the arts of seduction:

Send in the old man and the Eldritch horror!

This village will awaken to some serious new kinks this night.

Math time!

What is the value of DEF and S.DEF?(dont worry I’ll solve it.)

helpful details

So the max is 31. 31 technically goes outside the hexagon, but that only comes into play later.

Each mini hex is 6, and there is an unknown buffer in the center.

Additional helpful graphic.

Was playing Pokemon Let’s Go.

You can ride Arcanine!

And I caught an amazing [/s] Meowth in the process

I’m liking it! Didn’t realise Arcanine was so fluffy! I’m usually running like heck away from him.

I’ve been getting way into Starbound again recently, it’s such a beautiful game. Yeah, I’m aware the game had a recent spike in players and why that happened, but that’s certainly not the reason why I got back into it. Each day I discover some new mini-biome, a new dungeon with beautiful architecture, or just expand my colony, always accompanied by the amazing soundtrack.
So yeah, this game is pretty much my happy place right now, and I’d like to share some screenshots from my recent sessions. :slightly_smiling_face:

Here’s the first Hylotl village I discovered, 2 days ago. I like how they worked with fore- and background blocks to kinda give the buildings a third dimension and make them look more elaborate. And of course, as the weeb trash that I am, I love the japanese architecture and all the items and details they put into the little shop.

_

Yesterday evening I first found a village of my own people, the clearly Aztec-inspired Avian, including this burial pyramid and also a huge tower they use for the ritual of ascension. Learning about their culture was quite fascinating, and I was surprised about how much care the devs put into the lore behind just one of the 7 playable races in the game.

_

And finally, also last night, two of my main colony’s tenants asked for housing for Glitch (i.e. medieval-style robots) guards to be built, so I went “shopping” for furniture in a fortress I bookmarked a long time ago and built my own little Glitch keep, with guards housed on the ground floor, a mess hall with a cook who sells food items, and a King Glitch safely in the highest room in the top right with no access for ground-based predators.

_

Are there any other people here who play the game or did so in the past? What are your stories? I’d really love to see what other players built in their colonies, please share some screenshots if you have them!

#403

What a beautiful game… I gotta try it out with my new GPU, see if I can get it to look that good.

#404

This one, The second to last screenshot is hotline miami though.

#405

Hotline Miami is sure a weird thing to call TF2.

I remember that Hotline Miami level. Had a few difficulties with it.

After a boss battle

#407

You probably won’t be able to get it looking “this” good, because it’s a bit edited in Nvidia Ansel and stuff, but it’s still a good looking game.

#408

Yup, it is! Do you have KF on your library? If so, we can organize a match later/some day.

What do you think?

Definitely not

That picture it’s from Team Fortress 2

#409

welp for some reason that last screenshot didn’t load for me when I made the comment, fixed it.:disappointed_relieved:

It’s ok! :hugs:

So I got Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

I hate the games but love this one

Now I’ve disliked every AC game after the first one. AC2 was…okay. AC3 was decent only because I could hear NA languages. Black Flag was ONLY nice because I could see beautiful islands. Unity provided hilarious laughs due to bugs. Origins crashed so much it crashed the mode. So why did I take a chance on Odyssey when I clearly didn’t have a good history with the other titles?

So many people were saying it was “The Witcher 3 of the AC games”. Now I disbelieved that until about 5 days ago when my friend said pretty much the same thing. Suffice to say…I’ve been obsessed with the game. Uplay keeps track of some of the things you do in the game. I’ve killed about 1.5k enemies, distance traveled 446578 and am still going. And that’s not including the DLC, which I don’t own, but supposedly add a ton more content.

Here are some screenshots of the hero I picked, Kassandra (psst, I love her <33).

AC:O

(v the boar that gutted Robert Baratheon lol)

UGH Gotta go play more! the next one is supposedly going to be about…Vikings! I’m SO excited!

#412

I have Killing Floor 1 and 2, but never played any of them. A few years ago KF2 was popular on YouTube though, and it always looked really fun. So yeah, I’d really like to try it

The bit I played of AC 2 I loved - just got flummoxed by the controls - couldn’t figure out how to climb that church faster than bro. shrug I’m obsessed with getting Black Flag and Revelations coz Ezio is love. Odyssey looks really good! Super even. Vikings you say? My memory so wacky, I must have heard about that before… hm.
