also, (probably because i wasn’t here for the other secrets participation), thinking “something” is a solo affair, to then have it turn out to maybe not so much be the case, was no less confusing either lol
but i really must say i appreciate you “highlighting” a path, and to the “fellowship”, so some of these “issues” became clearer

Well i have been trying to solve this one on my own and have got through the first 4 puzzles. I really liked the scrap of paper one, really made me think and do research to put the puzzle pieces together and then go a couple of layers deep to figure it, nice!
Edit: make that 5, took me a few seconds to figure wielding wordplay
I hate the picture ones (I know what I can see, what they represent, just don’t know the exact word for the answer), and whilst I know what the chiseled tree is hinting at, even translating everything and checking number counts yields me nothing…
I think i am very close to solving the tree one now, it just involves some research, start with the top word in google translate and then go down the rabbit hole.
Edit: Ok done with that one, only the one about the pictures on the desk to go, I know what its alluding to but I cant figure out what it wants me to put in
OK…not sure I have the self esteem for this. Perhaps I’m greek mythologising in the wrong place (or am just bad with children), perhaps my constellations are all messed up, perhaps my telescope is broken. Or perhaps I just think funny…either way since I’m not actually going to win anything maybe I’ll just give up…
and its not a winning thing, we have no idea what happens at the end. its certainly not a race though, because we’re expected to trade ingredients with each other.
Yeah, well, I’m obviously missing something because having gone through what seems like a billion offspring (wow was she pregnant a lot!) only 2 of the 4 add up. And I still hate picture puzzles.

So I haven’t been able to make any elixirs at all (but for some reason I have a metric tonne of frogspawn, spiderweb and mandrake root…perhaps my question answering abilities cursed me). Do I assume that they’re even more useless now than they were before and are no good to anyone else too?
