I’m going to go ahead and say no, no it isn’t. I can see why people would say it is though, but I would also think those people need to go away and stop being overly sensitive to precisely everything.

There is no racial based denigration involved in this context.

I just mainly want to know. are they all really Ugandians? because if they are, its 100% not racist. its self-inflicted humour. you cannot just waltz up to a Ugandian, and spit on him, that might very well be racist. but self-inflicted stuff we are allowed to laugh at.

Personally I stopped giving a crap if I’m perceived as racist or not. Because there are way too many people with nothing better to do than looking at everything with a magnifying glass trying desperately to find something to be offended by (and usually on behalf of some group they have no connection to either).

Ah, okay, cheers. I didn’t think so either but you know how people are these days, offended if you blink more than they believe you should.

I have since found out more about and have come to the same conclusion. I was directed to a video moments ago about this very topic.

I suppose I should post memes in future with due care and attention but probably not.
