I played War of Dots and it is surprisingly fun and simple. It is mostly multiplayer. So people resign when they start to lose, but still fun.

Jump de Pon reminds me slightly of getting up to the place where the Gorons live in Ocarina of Time. Prefer the old Puzzle de Pon. XD
Graphics in How Fish is Made weren’t for me.
Did grab War of Dots, though even with working comps, Chronies have time zone issues for multiplay link ups.

It’s not really clear to me what you’re getting there. The game is already free with a paid upgrade option - the payment occurs inside the game as a microtransaction, which seems to be the (probably well-deserved) source of the backlash. They said they’re moving to “an upfront premium game, with a separate free demo if you want to try before you buy.”
I would assume the free version you can download is going to become the “separate free demo” unless there’s specific language to the contrary.

I was on the fence about posting (and I included the article link to be informative), but since the reviews were colored by the single pay-in-game issue (which should be going away), and the game looks interesting, and at least the “possibility” that grabbing the game now “could” get you the new (full) version, I decided to get it now for free myself to see what happens, and felt others might have the same thought (no money lost since it costs nothing to try).

Thanks @carvalho20ptc I didn’t get a key that I see anywhere, will it be delayed?
EDIT: It did take a while before I had the option to redeem my game key, maybe 10 or 20 minutes? Being a new account maybe they had to confirm my Steam account first.
ps - (I had already run their website through some scam tests before I did anything, and they look clean and legit to me based on those reports)

You’re welcome. The navigation of the site is a bit confusing so it also took me some minutes to find their page to redeem the key.
But other than that it was easy to get this key. No waiting lines, no region restrictions, just register, add the game to the cart, checkout and there you go!
