@BlivetWidget Well, I played it a few times and it’s really fun, even with cheats. Good to play in short bursts after a day of work.

I played it a few times myself and it just didn’t take off for me. I may give it another try sometime, I just generally found that if I had 30 minutes I was having more fun with a round of Dome Keeper or the like. Possibly I just wasn’t recognizing some interesting mechanics or didn’t play long enough to get a satisfying power level.

Nah, I feel like it’s the “number go up” action that makes Vampire Survivor fun. If you didn’t like it from early on, it might not be the game for you.
Haven’t played it in forever, but I should go back at some point.
